Step 1 - Consult with your personal doctor
Speak with your GP, physiotherapist or specialist to determine if Rehabrix is suitable for you. If appropriate, they they will refer you for the injection
Step 2 - Booking your Appointment
Once approved, you will be able to book for the injection. This may occur at your local practise or hospital.
Step 3 - Receiving the Injection
On the day of the appointment wear loose-fitted clothing around the site for easy access. The procedure is quick, taking no more than 5 minutes. You will be asked to remain in the clinic a short while for observation
Step 4 - Recovery
Following the injection you may experience mild soreness at the site but this should ease within a few days. For best results concintue with your recommended rehabilitation programme.
Step 5 - Follow Up
The effects of the injection last around six months. Your NHS clinical will arrange a follow up appointment to monitor your progress and discuss if future treatment is needed.
